6. Payments

• All prices are listed in NZD and include GST (if applicable).
• Payment is required upfront or in accordance with your service agreement.
  Generally, there is a 50% deposit required to start work, 35% progress payment (where applicable) and the final payment made up of the balance remaining and any additional items outside of the original quote.
• For digital products, payment is required in full before download access is granted.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

• Digital products are non-refundable due to their downloadable nature.
• Service refunds or cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in your individual service agreement.
• If Sage & Selenite cancels a service, you will receive a full refund unless otherwise specified.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including branding, graphics, logos, and service deliverables, is owned by Sage & Selenite or licensed for use.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or exploit any materials without our prior written permission.
